Return & Exchange Policy

The 15-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. We are your "Classy Best Friend," which means we want you to love what you own. If a product doesn't meet the AVENU. standard, we will fix it.

1. General Lifestyle Products (Habitat & Kinetic)

15-Day Returns: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange an item. Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original AVENU. packaging.

6-Month Warranty: We provide a 6-month free exchange on any product with structural or manufacturing defects. This does not cover standard wear and tear or accidental damage.

2. The AVENU. WEAR Standard (Clothing)

Exchange Only: To maintain our high-density fabric quality and boutique pricing, we offer exchanges only for clothing. We do not provide monetary refunds.

Size & Style Swaps: If the fit isn't right, you may exchange for a different size or another item of equal value within 15 days of delivery.

Logistics: For all clothing exchanges, shipping charges are bared by the customer. Items must be returned in "Studio" condition—unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.

3. Hygiene & Beauty Exception (Radiance)

For the safety of our community, items such as beauty tools, earrings, and personal care products are only eligible for return if they arrive damaged and remain in their original, unopened seal.
